What is Reiki?
Reiki is a an energy healing technique that can be used to bring balance to the body and mind. As a reiki master I act as a conduit for universal life force energy. That energy can then remove energetic blockages in the body and energy field.
What should I expect during a treatment?
Clients lay fully clothed on a treatment table, and should dress comfortably. I will move around the client placing my hands over various energy centers in a non-invasive way. One can expect to feel very relaxed during a treatment, and may also experience sensations of hot, cold, swirling energy, or other feelings in the body. I often use a pendulum or crystals during treatments, though those items are not traditionally used in reiki.
How is an individual session different from a reiki training workshop?
In a session I see a client one on one by appointment, and give them a reiki treatment. When I have a training I teach people how to give reiki to themselves and others.
I hold training workshops periodically (click here for dates and sign up), and will gladly schedule one that is convenient for you at your request. I need at least two students to make a class.

Where did you receive your training, and how long have you been practicing?
I received my reiki training from Maggie Kalas and Georgeanne Ponzini in Huntington, NY. I completed all three levels between July 2004 and May 2005.
Do you do events?
Yes! I would love to participate in your next fundraiser, or party. If it’s for charity I’ll donate my proceeds from the event to the cause.
